We are no longer accepting volunteer requests for the 2010 Harvest of Hope Music Festival. Thank you to everyone that has requested a volunteer position, we could not do the festival without you.
Thank you again for supporting Harvest of Hope and we hope to see you all at the Fest!
Sincerely,
Jenai Master & Stef Jones
HOH Volunteer Coordinators
Oh boy, there a lot of them. We need many important positions filled and of course not everyone can work in production so here a list of things we are looking for:
Yes, the volunteer camping is right on festival grounds. Right in the thick of things.
We will make every attempt to schedule you so you can see your favorite band. However, we cannot guarantee it. When you are scheduled in a certain area, it is important that you fulfill your full 6 hour shift even if it means you may miss one of your faves. We will try though.
Sorry, there just isn’t enough room for RVs. It’s tent camping only.
You will have lots of time over the weekend to drink and party with your friends. Any volunteer found drinking while they are volunteering will have their weekend pass taken away. Come on, yawl. You can refrain for a 6 hour shift, right? Remember, when its all over we will be celebrating!!
Here is the address to the location of the festival.
St. Johns County Fairgrounds,
5840 State Road 207
Elkton, FL 32033
During the shift that you volunteer you will receive a meal ticket to eat backstage catering. However, that does not cover you for the whole fest, only for the shift you work. Water will be provided for everyone while working as well. We will have great vendors on-site that you can purchase food the rest of time. Or you can bring your own of course!
You may get lucky and meet some of your favorite bands. However, just because you volunteer does not give you access to the bands and backstage at all the stages. We ask that you do not harass band members. Be professional and be cool.
